Law of Attraction Article: Manifestation Exercise #3 – Give the Universe Its Own Task List

The following is an exercise that I have learned from Abraham-Hicks. They refer to is as the Placemat Exercise. However, because I do my tasks list on my computer or in a notebook I started mentally calling it the Universe Task List and the name stuck with me.

In case you have never heard of Abraham-Hicks, Esther Hicks is a medium who has long acted as a channel for a nonphysical group of beings known as Abraham. While I know some of you may shy away from the word channel or medium, some of the inspiration they provide regarding using the Law of Attraction is the most enlightening I have ever come across, so I think it would be well worth your time to check them out.

In this case I believe the story goes that Esther Hicks was sitting in a diner one day with her husband talking about how overwhelmed she felt over all the tasks that she had to accomplish within the upcoming days. She received a message from Abraham to turn over the placemat that was sitting in front of her and draw a line down the middle of the paper and a line across the top so it resembled the letter t. She was to write Me on the left side and Universe on the right side.

Then on the left side of the paper she was to write down all of the things that she was inspired to accomplish that day. The ones she was ready and willing to take action on immediately. The tasks that felt right and clear to her.

On the right side of the paper she was to write down all of the things she wanted Universe to take care of for her. Things she wasn’t exactly clear on, felt any kind of resistance to doing, or items she hadn’t even figured how to start accomplishing yet.

The point of this exercise is to 1. Get yourself clear on exactly what it is you are wanting and 2. Allowing and knowing that it is going to happen.

For example, a hypothetical Universe Task List I would use for myself would be:

ME:

1.Write at least 2 fun articles today.

2. Meditate for 20 minutes.

3. Do my yoga.

4. Have lunch with my best friend

5. Respond to some of the emails I have received

6. Update my website with some new articles from other authors

All of the items above are tasks I feel good and inspired about accomplishing. I am happy and enthusiastic about doing them.

Now on the left side I write what I would like Universe to take care of. Items I am not “in the mood for” or “ready to deal with yet” such as:

UNIVERSE:

1. Find me an easy and pain free way to come up with the money to pay the car insurance next month

2. Send me inspiration to help me get clear on the information I want to include in my new ebook

3. Find me an easy and pain free way to get out of a social obligation I’d rather not attend (in your case be specific on what that engagement is)

4. Find the right person who will be able to fix the bug on my computer

5. Find me a simple solution to getting the garage cleaned out

It does not matter how many things you give the Universe (or your higher self, if you prefer) to do. Just know that you are not alone here. What you ask for you will receive.

So as you write out what you want Universe to accomplish, act and feel as if it is without a doubt, going to be taken care of. Feel as if you just handed this list to the most reliable Manager you have ever met and that you are so confident that these things are going to be done, that you do not even have to give them a second thought.

You will be thrilled and amazed at how this works!

For instance, let‘s go back to the example of the list I would give Universe to take care of.

1. Money for the car insurance. How would Universe handle it? Maybe my mother wins money in Atlantic City and she decides to share some with me and I also receive an unexpected check in the mail. Between the two of them – they more than cover the premium.

2. The inspiration for my new ebook. Universe urges me to make an unplanned stop at the library where I find a new book that just came in and I find it is exactly the subject I feel inspired to write about.

3. The engagement I didn’t want to attend. The people I was supposed to meet with call me and tell me something else came up and apologize because we will have to do it another time. No hurt feelings on either side.

4. My computer problem. I find out the guy who runs my yoga class also fixes computers on the side and charges less than half what a professional would. I find this out by simply chatting with the person next to me while doing my fun task of taking the yoga class in the first place.

5. My garage getting cleaned out. My niece has just gotten into selling on Ebay and offers to clean out my garage if she can sell and keep the profit on the items I know longer want to keep.

I can‘t tell you the thrill-chills you will get as you watch Universe work out these kind of “miracles” without any effort on your part.

Now there is one last step to this exercise. As Universe goes about its business and accomplishes each of these tasks for you, it is important that you acknowledge it, be grateful for it and encourage more.

Anytime the Universe easily handles one of my tasks and I have clapped my hands together gleefully (and yes, there have been many times I have literally clapped my hands together gleefully) I always follow up with a “Thank You Universe and more of that please!”

It helps you to take notice of “who” is responsible for helping you out and reinforces the belief that you really can depend on it for the future. Plus when you say “more of that please” and you start knowing it is really coming, you get more excited about handing over the next task and watching with wonder to see how Universe will work it out.

I’ll be honest, while I used to write out this list almost everyday, I now find myself doing it more often mentally. Now if something comes up that I don’t feel like dealing with, I’ll immediately throw it in Universe’s court. For instance, if the boss says I have to work late tonight I give an immediate mental “Yuck! Universe I’ll let you handle this one. I want to go home happily on time tonight.” Then I forget about it and watch as the Universe does its stuff and reminds the boss that his child has a recital tonight and we can’t work late after all.

But if you are just starting with this exercise, I would definitely do the physical list. It will give you a great feeling of relief as you write down the tough things you want “your manager” to deal with, so you can stay focused on the things that you are inspired to do today.

Quantum Law Of Attraction

Much of us would like to believe that we have free will, and we do. However, a very, very large portion of our lives is already predestined for us. Much of your life, right here, and right now, is based on all of your past.
Most of the decisions we make and the feelings we have are based upon quantum levels of programming that have happened to us over the many years of living and learning and experiencing. All of your current decisions and choices are made not with your conscious mind as much as with quantum levels of emotional, psychological, and spiritual programming.
We have spent years bombarding our cells and our entire body with specific emotional chemicals. Our bodies have become addicted to these emotional chemicals and always influence our decisions. It is these addictions that influence us to move in directions that support those addictions, just as a drug addict will pass up food with their last five dollars in order to get their fix.
The same is true at a psychological level. We have been bombarded and have bombarded ourselves with beliefs, opinions, ideas, concepts, and a million other pieces of information on how and what we should think. These quantum levels and mental wirings influence every single decision and choice we make as well.
We can’t make a choice about something without the information of that situation being filtered through our beliefs, opinions, ideas, and perceptions. These ways of thinking have been formed through the books we have read, society, parents, mentors, friends, and a thousand other sources.
These quantum levels of our being influence every single aspect of our lives from the way and what we smell to the way we deal with situations and relationships. Until we learn to wash these quantum levels out and replace them with newer and better quantum levels, we will constantly continue to create the same type of reality over, and over again.
This is extremely important when working with the law of attraction. If you are addicted to the emotional chemicals of victimization, you will continuously make decisions and choices that will move you toward sustaining and feeling that addiction. If you look at someone trying to help you make better financial situations as that person trying to tell you how horrible you are and what is wrong with you, you will never get the lessons of that persons help.
Each and every single one of us has addictions and quantum level programming. This is where free will stops. We always have the freedom and free will to make a different decision, however, our decisions are already decided for us based on the quantum level programming we have allowed to remain within us.
It’s a catch 22. Our programming has already decided for us what decisions we will make in specific situations, but we have the free will to make different decisions. So the real question is simple. If I don’t have free will other than to choose to create new addictions and quantum level programming, what quantum programming do I need in order to attract and manifest the life I want to live.
The bad news is that you are like a computer and that the junk you have put in is what comes back out when you navigate your life. The other part of the bad news is that the programming you currently have at a quantum level is what dictates every single aspect of your life. Your current programming will keep you exactly where you are.
The good news is that you do still have free will, and that free will can only be exercised in one way. To change your current programming and quantum level addictions. By becoming aware of these quantum level programming aspects of your being and consciously deciding to make different decisions in order to reprogram yourself instead of running on autopilot, you can begin to move in completely new directions and discover completely new and different realms of yourself.
This is the only way to get real results with the law of attraction. You must overcome and change these quantum level addictions and programming. If you don’t, you are doomed to continue to make the same decisions that sustain the same beliefs, opinions, ideas, perceptions, and emotional addictions. Create new perceptions, new addictions, and make them serve you, and you will be amazed at what you will accomplish.

Law of Attraction Article – Manifestation Exercise 1 – the Gratitude List

I guess it was about 10 years ago when I had hit one of the greatest “funks” in my lifetime.

It was right after Thanksgiving. My husband had been let go from his job because of an untrue rumor someone had spread about him, and we lost a major Christmas bonus we had been counting on. My online business was doing poorly because people were saving their money for holiday purchases. We were behind in all of our bills, creditors were calling constantly and of coarse Christmas was on its way and we didn’t have an extra dollar to spend on it. My husband and I were taking the stress we were both going through out on each other, and the guilt we felt over our sons growing Christmas list made us feel even worse.

It was about this time that I came across the Gratitude List suggestion.

I had already been studying the Law of Attraction principles for quite some time, but hadn’t quite mastered it yet. I was still at a point where my current “reality” problems took up more of my thoughts than the new reality I wanted to focus on. I had learned, however, about synchronicity (the coincidences Universe or your higher self keeps bringing to you when it really wants you to notice something.)

In one weeks time I had come across the Gratitude list idea in three different places. In an online article, in a book I was reading and then I heard it on television.

Anyway I got the hint. Obviously, this was something I was supposed to do.

Like I said, this was a really bad time for me. So trying to focus on good things at this point was extremely difficult. But then I figured who am I to argue with what the Universe was clearly trying to tell me? I decided to follow some of the examples I had heard in the three places mentioned above; and regardless of my current circumstances at the time, tried to look for things to be grateful for.

It seemed tough at first. My negative thoughts kept trying to come through – but I was determined. I would find even the smallest things to be grateful for.

I found it to be much easier than I ever thought it could be.

While I can’t find my original list (I believe it was on my old computer) I do remember most of what I wrote those first couple of days.

Things I Am Grateful For:

I am grateful I am alive today to give this life thing another shot (that is still one of my favorites)I am grateful I am healthy and pain freeI am grateful I have my freedom (I mean I could’ve been in jail or a hospital bed – so things weren’t that bad)I am grateful for my healthy family and friends.Even though I don’t have a lot of money right now- I am grateful I will spend the holidays with all of my friends and family. It was my favorite time of year.I am grateful that we live in a nice, safe, clean apartment.I am grateful we have enough money to eat today.I am grateful that while behind in my utilities, I still have my heat and electricity and cable today.I am grateful for my clean water to drink and shower with (think how many people in the world don’t have even those basic things)I am grateful for my pets who love me so muchI am grateful for the funny emails my friends who care about me send to me.I am grateful for this computer to receive them on.I am grateful for the internet that brings me all the answers I want in less than 5 minutes time (remember how long it used to take just to try to find information before the internet?)

Anyway I came up with a bunch of other things in those first few days. I would spend my first 15 minutes of the morning with my cup of coffee typing out my list.

While at first I was just going through the motions I found I did feel a little better each morning after I was done. What was more surprising to me however, was the lasting effects it was having without my even being aware of it.

Around the third day, I remember waking up feeling “lighter“ somehow. Before I started my lists I had been waking every morning with a knot in my stomach and a feeling of dread about all of the things I was going to have to unwillingly deal with that day. By the third day however, I found myself waking feeling a little calmer. A little happier. A little bit more confident that I could deal with whatever came my way, even though none of my outside circumstances had changed yet.

Seeing as that I wasn’t doing anything different other than my grateful list I realized that it had to be the reason. This got me excited and I decided to really go to town on my list.

I started looking for even the smallest things to be grateful for.

The laugh I had the day before hearing a funny story.An unexpected gift from a neighbor.My mom’s chocolate chip cookies Decorating my apartment with my well loved holiday decorations that I kept in storage (and it didn’t cost me a cent).The wonderful cards arriving in the mail from my friends and family with pictures of their healthy growing children.The holiday decorations going up around the neighborhood making everything more festive.

Sure enough I found the more I did the list every day, the better I felt right after I did it as well as generally throughout the day. I also found myself taking note of little things to be grateful for all day long so I could add them to the next mornings list.

With Law of Attraction being what it is, sure enough my outside circumstances started to change as well. My husband found another job through an unexpected connection, we received a check from his old company from an account that we had forgotten he had, my mother surprised us by purchasing almost all of the items on my sons Christmas list as a gift to us and I found myself having one of the warmest Christmas’ I could ever remembering having. Simply because for the first time I truly appreciated all that I had.

If you want to attract wonderful things into your life, one of the fastest ways to do it is to start being grateful for what you have right now. And I don’t mean by just giving it lip service. I mean really feel the gratefulness as you write your list. Truly imagine what it would be like to not have so many of those things you take for granted in your life.

The Law of Attraction brings to you what you focus on, think about and the vibrational frequency you are working from. If you are spending your time thinking about all of the wonderful things you can be happy about – the universe will naturally respond to that vibration and bring you even more.

It is a simple 15 minute exercise that costs you nothing but can make an incredible difference in your entire life!

So start today! You have absolutely nothing to lose but everything to gain!

Learn the Law of Attraction

Have you heard everybody crazing about the Law of Attraction? Do you know now that it is known that it is transforming lives all over the world? What I will explain, is how the Law of Attraction works and some of the problems that occur. I will tell you how to overcome these problems and use the law of attraction to the best of your abilities.
The Law of Attraction is a universal law. Universal laws we abide by everyday of our lives, whether were aware of it or not. The law of Attraction, what it means is that we attract into our lives what we think and talk about most. Really do we have that much power? The answer is yes we do. So take responsibility for your own life right now.
So, you ask yourself, why do I get all this bad luck? Why me? Why can’t my life just go the way I want it to? I am depressed. My life is worthless.
Well there is your answer right there. You are concentrating on the negative aspects of your life. The truth is the more that you say and believe that your unhappy with your life the more that becomes your reality.
So, switch it up! Start saying the complete opposite. I can’t believe that I have all this good luck. My life goes exactly the way I want it to. I am extremely happy and my life means everything to me.
Well it sounds easy but is it really that easy? The truth is that if you don’t feel happy, it is going to be hard to change what you believe. So in the beginning you might have to fake it a bit. Do not worry though. The more you say it and get it into your head the better it is for you.

Meditation- It feels great to meditate. It calms your mind. It is beneficial for stress, depression and anxiety. It makes you feel energized.
Consistency- You must remember to be consistent and repetitive. I know many who have used the Law of Attraction for a while and then have given up. All your life you have been conditioned to feeling bad. It may take a while for your mind to believe that you are happy.
Do the Opposite. – You may find that it is hard to fight bad thoughts sometimes. You must automatically think the opposite. You have to think good as much as possible and then it will become automatic. I realize that it is not easy sometimes. Your brain has been trained for failure because you never knew you had any power.
I hope you realize that you are the creator of your life. Your life is in your hands. You are responsible and have the power to transform in every aspect. What a crazy world! Spirituality and Science are coming together. What will happen next? It is all up to you!

What is the Secret X Factor That Plays Havoc With the Law of Attraction?

Is the Law of Attraction not Working for You? Six Solutions for Success

As more people grow acquainted with the Law of Attraction and attempt to use it effectively, many of them are also discovering that manifesting desires isn’t always quite as easy as some books and videos would have you believe.
In fact, you may be one of those who has tried to use the Law of Attraction in a conscious and methodical way and has failed to get the results you sought. This may have led you to either be discouraged or to be skeptical about its concepts.
What are the reasons for this? When you put this immutably cosmic rule to the test, do you have the proper communication with your subconscious — the part of your mind that is in charge of manifesting your life circumstances?
Here are six possible problem sources with their simple solutions which can make the Law of Attraction successful for you:1. You secretly don’t believe your desire can or will manifest. If you doubt that the attainment of your desire is possible or believe that it is out of reach, your subconscious will block its manifestation. Solution: Examine your desire and figure out if you really think its attainment is realistic.2. Your desire is not clearly defined. Vague hopes are often ignored by the subconscious altogether. Solution: Sit down and write out exactly what you wish to attract to your life now. And be specific and detailed.3. You secretly believe that your wish is immoral or unwise. There may be a part of you which believes that attaining what you want might harm yourself or others. Solution: Do some soul searching. Consider the moral implications of your desire. Do some self-talk and inform your subconscious exactly why attaining your desire is healthy and good.4. Your desire is too big. Sometimes, desires are simply too much to manifest all at once so the subconscious is overwhelmed. Solution: Break your goal into several smaller goals. For example, if you want to become president of a Fortune 500 company and you are currently unemployed, the fulfillment of your desire may require many small steps.5. You tell others about your desire. If you tell your friends, relatives and co-workers about your manifestation goals, you diffuse the concentration of your inner power — and thus weaken the vibration. Solution: Don’t tell anyone of your desire unless they have a direct role in manifesting it.6. Karma. There may be some unbalanced action from your past that currently prevents you from attracting the object of your desire. Solution: Often, karmic action and reaction are hard to trace. But consider your past and how it may be impacting your ability to manifest the desired changes. Then attempt to mitigate your karma.
Whatever the reasons, the point is that the source of failure isn’t the invalidity of the Law of Attraction, as some people have wrongly concluded: the problem is each of our individual mental and emotional blockages. So by removing thoughts and attitudes which block our success we can learn how to use the law more consciously and wisely to manifest the most beneficial outcomes.

The Teaching Of Abraham : Secrets Of The Law Of Attraction

The law of attraction is an ancient law that has recently been brought to light through Esther Hicks. Esther Hicks channels spirits that collectively use the name – “Abraham.”
According to the law of attraction “that which is like unto itself is drawn.” In simpler terms this can be expressed as like attracts like. It could also be said as – as you sow, so shall you reap; what goes around comes around; what your put out you get back and what you want, wants you.
Many successful people have lived by the positive philosophy of the law of attraction including, by self admission, Oprah Winfrey. The secret that is said to have once been known by Beethoven is now common knowledge thanks to the works of Esther Hicks and her husband Jerry Hicks.
The statement “ask and you shall receive” is common knowledge. The law of attraction says “Ask, believe, receive.” Abrahams secret teachings say how all things that are wanted or unwanted are brought to you by the law of attraction. A belief is only a thought that you keep thinking. Never before has the law of attraction been explained as clearly as it is here by Abraham through Esther and Jerry Hicks.
Let us examine the basics of the law of attraction. Once a vibration is activated by you, a response is given via the law of attraction. If you ask, you receive. According to the law of attraction, everything is valid and truthful. In the germination of the seed of your desire is everything that is necessary to make your desire true. You must relax and let the law of attraction organize and manage and then happily do your work.
The secret law of attraction that has now been revealed is a universal law. Universal laws cannot be changed or broken. They have been around since the dawn of creation. They apply to everything, everywhere. They are basic principles on which life is based.
The law of attraction, revealed by Abraham-Hicks is the most powerful force in the universe. Practice is needed to “get it” but once you get it you need never look back. The secret of the law of attraction is – like attracts like. This means many things. You are a living magnet. Energy attracts energy. You get what you focus on whether you want it or not.
Though some people are better at attraction than others are, this does not mean the person with average law of attraction skills cannot get better of even surpass others. In working the secret law of attraction, always take inspired action. If something feels right, go ahead and do it. Always expect your desires to come true. Expect miracles to happen.
Money, relationships and jobs happen in our life according to our expectations. The moment we focus on them, they start moving toward us. The quality of desires we focus on affects what we get from life. Our thoughts and feelings must affirm the positive to bring in happiness into our lives.
Think you have as much money you want in your life. Then feel it. Also, believe it. Believe that you already have as much money as you want in your life. Be grateful for the money you have. Accept yourself as a rich person.
Do the same with relationships and with jobs. Think, believe, feel and accept yourself in a positive position on these and the positivity will come to you. This is the secret that has been revealed by Abraham-Hicks in the law of attraction
What we focus on is brought to us. If it is on having less, we create that experience for ourselves. If it is on having more we bring richness into our lives. The man who says he hates his job is creating this reality for himself by not noticing the good parts of his job. If we obsess on not having something, then we are blocking what we deserve from coming to us. The secret is wanting, believing and accepting what you desire in your life.
Most people focus on their not having things they want rather than having them. This is a negative thought process and blocks what we want from coming into out lives. Once a secret, it is now known that the law of attraction is not mystical mumbo jumbo but a fact that has been borne out in countless lives. Expect positivity and receive positivity. So think, feel and believe positive.
That is the law of attraction in a nutshell.

The Law Of Attraction Rules

Lets begin with this famous quote by H Jackson Brown. “Don’t say you don’t have enough time, you have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein.”
Within each of us there is a financial thermostat. This gauge determines our financial aptitude for our futures. Some of our gauges determine we’ll make no more than $30,000 a year, while others determine they’ll make over $300,000 a year. Is your money blueprint set for success?
The law of attraction is understood by a select few who have special knowledge or interest, this meaning these select few are esoteric. This special knowledge will be introduced in this article as action. For example: When we begin a step, this step is indexed as an action, so if you don’t complete it, you won’t benefit from it. Point blank.
As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is. This is a passage taken from the Jewish Book Of Proverbs. The law of attraction is not a new concept, shown throughout history from the ages. Other places the law of attraction is evident is Hinduism, and Theosophy.
So lets begin the psychology of wealth with our financial thermostats and actions to change them, if necessary.
1.)Desire. Here’s some interesting information, the soul attracts both that which it desires and that which it fears. So the dwelling on any quality of mind adds that quality to you, whether it be helpful or injurious.
In the terms of our home based businesses we need to desire success. Manifest them, a way of making thoughts into reality by repetition and positive energy. Focus the positive energy, desire, and decide whether it be for you or not.
2.)Decision. Fact is, many of the decisions in our direct life our made by other people. This decision action, is about you researching, your level of desire and your own decision to follow through. Thinking of what one does not have manifests itself in the perpetuation of not having. So make sure, when your in the decision process, you ask for the testimonial of someone who’s accomplished your target.
In order to attain wealth successfully, you have to surround yourself around wealthy people. Why? To envelope yourself in their actions, thought process and encouragement.
Always remember a group of poor friends will always be your friend and poor, but a wealthy man is a friend who builds you up along with himself. So decide now, where do you want to be?
3.)Ask. The simple fact that everyone’s religious belief is different, doesn’t change the rules within the law of attraction; you still have to ask and know it shall be received. Ask who? It doesn’t really matter, it can be God, Buddha, or a state of energy.
Just know that by you asking (forming energy) that an energy is created for your thought. In that case, ask and know that it shall be received. This form of faith, is the basis for the law of attraction.
4.)Believe. What is your target for 2008? Do you believe this target can be accomplished? Yes! Of course, it can! Believing in yourself and your ability to accomplish your target is all about growth. It doesn’t take much of an individual to quit and then blame a system, or worse, another person.
We begin to grow as individuals when we can push the desire to blame aside and believe instead, without a doubt our targets can be accomplished.(another word for accomplishments) We have to envision our belief as strength, so with this belief we are indestructible.
5.)Work. Now that you have desired, decided, asked, and believe, its time to put in work. For example: Some people work for 10 or months out of the year, hate what their doing, complain the whole way, and make only $30k-$80k a year.
What you put out is what you will get. This is the time to surround yourself in the thought of I am receiving (blank) and I need to do what others won’t to attain my target.
Now that it’s commonly understood, your life is in your hands. (Just the same with our businesses and such.) It only makes sense for your life to resonate above the current state, you yourself would have to change several aspects. Right or Right?
6.)Feel gratitude. You are what you think, not what you think you are. This is the time for you to display your contribution. We model people with a high level of success, and understand what you settle for is what you get!
As our direct contribution, we solve problems. Everyday make it a goal to solve 10X more problems than you currently do.
Solving problems will only affect your life in positive ways. Think back to any major point in your life, think back to the childish troubles. Now remember the people that aided you when you had a problem? Have you forgotten about them, will you ever? The same for you. Solve 10x the problems and receive 10x the benefits.
Oh yea, gratitude doesn’t expect anything in return. It’s the simple fact that your solving a problem because you have the ability to do so. This responsibility is a serious one.
7.)Feel expectancy. This is direct manifestation of your thoughts energy. Find a way to be in a state of joyful expectancy in your life. All you have to do is be open to receiving your target. You continue to focus your thoughts upon the target desired and behave as if the target is already acquired, and be open to receiving it.
So by processing these steps, and placing them into action we will permanently change our financial thermostats. By modeling people with a high level of success, and not settling, we take direct action. This direct action is solving problems.
To try is to fail with honor. No excuses, just seek, ask, learn, do and repeat. If your belief is where it should be in yourself, failure is not an option.

Law of Attraction – Getting to Know the Universe

Does feeling good have anything to do with receiving your desire?

Yes. The more excited you are about your desire and the better you feel about yourself, the higher the vibrational energy that is emitted, connecting you directly to the universe.

Vibrations are the energy that is emitted from our thoughts, emotion, soul and mind. Depending on how you are feeling on any given day, those vibrations can be high or low. The higher the vibration the more positive energy. It’s the same type of energy you emit when you are in love or when you have just purchased the house or car of your dreams.

The lower the vibration, the lower the energy out-put; it is equivalent to someone who is sick and their body and mind are not in sync.

Let’s delve a little deeper into how vibrations play a part in bringing your dreams, desires and goals into fruition. Connecting to the universe for a desire is like telepathy; words are not necessary for the universe to respond, for it does not speak, hear or see in the same fashion as a human. It’s all about your thoughts, feelings, and energy this is what the universe responds to the quickest.

Think about the last time you were having a conversation on your cell phone and the call dropped. Well, you were in-between cellular towers and your signal was interrupted because there was a void between your phone and the tower’s signal. Once you were back in line with one of the cellular towers, the conversation was reconnected or you had to make the call again.

Dropped calls would be the equivalent to being sick, thinking negative thoughts not being aligned with your soul. In connecting to the Universe you must be aware of your feelings and your intentions. It all boils down to what are you thinking, and what are you feeling. Becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings will lead you to make better decisions and attract new wanted experiences. Sometimes a dropped call is your subconscious mind remembering an earlier experience and then disconnecting; not wanting to have the same outcome.

This is exactly how it works with in the Universal Law of Attraction. When you feel good you are directly connected. Subsequently, if you are feeling bad or are in a stressed situation, you are not directly connected to the Universe; hence, a dropped signal. In order to receive your desire, you must stay totally aligned with feeling good, believing and having faith.
