Learn the Law of Attraction

Have you heard everybody crazing about the Law of Attraction? Do you know now that it is known that it is transforming lives all over the world? What I will explain, is how the Law of Attraction works and some of the problems that occur. I will tell you how to overcome these problems and use the law of attraction to the best of your abilities.
The Law of Attraction is a universal law. Universal laws we abide by everyday of our lives, whether were aware of it or not. The law of Attraction, what it means is that we attract into our lives what we think and talk about most. Really do we have that much power? The answer is yes we do. So take responsibility for your own life right now.
So, you ask yourself, why do I get all this bad luck? Why me? Why can’t my life just go the way I want it to? I am depressed. My life is worthless.
Well there is your answer right there. You are concentrating on the negative aspects of your life. The truth is the more that you say and believe that your unhappy with your life the more that becomes your reality.
So, switch it up! Start saying the complete opposite. I can’t believe that I have all this good luck. My life goes exactly the way I want it to. I am extremely happy and my life means everything to me.
Well it sounds easy but is it really that easy? The truth is that if you don’t feel happy, it is going to be hard to change what you believe. So in the beginning you might have to fake it a bit. Do not worry though. The more you say it and get it into your head the better it is for you.

Right now, you must declare to yourself, that you are happy and deserve all good things in life. This is easier said than done. You must remember, try to focus on the good in your life and that will become your reality.
When times get tough, here are some strategies you can use.
Meditation- It feels great to meditate. It calms your mind. It is beneficial for stress, depression and anxiety. It makes you feel energized.
Consistency- You must remember to be consistent and repetitive. I know many who have used the Law of Attraction for a while and then have given up. All your life you have been conditioned to feeling bad. It may take a while for your mind to believe that you are happy.
Do the Opposite. – You may find that it is hard to fight bad thoughts sometimes. You must automatically think the opposite. You have to think good as much as possible and then it will become automatic. I realize that it is not easy sometimes. Your brain has been trained for failure because you never knew you had any power.
I hope you realize that you are the creator of your life. Your life is in your hands. You are responsible and have the power to transform in every aspect. What a crazy world! Spirituality and Science are coming together. What will happen next? It is all up to you!

New Support for the Law of Attraction

Many of us are familiar with the Law of Attraction, the idea that our minds can guide us toward a goal and attract situations and people to us in order to achieve that goal. There are many stories and successes from people who have used the “Law” but there is little if any hard scientific research to support it. For example, a recent Medline search on Law of Attraction turned up empty handed.
Despite the paucity of scientific evidence the “Law” continues to gain in popularity with books like “The Secret.” Those of us who believe in it sometimes have a difficult time explaining it to others who rely a bit more heavily on logic. Some of us walk that thin line between science and metaphysics sometimes veering off to one side or the other.
Science does have some theories about how our unconscious minds help us to move toward a goal. However you may be surprised to discover that until recently science understood that the unconscious mind has a very limited if any role in achieving goals. In other words, your unconscious mind cannot help you to learn a new skill or achieve a goal, it can only work on what already is learned.
Now, some new research from Hebrew University psychologists, Baruch Eitam, Ran Hassin and Yaacov Schul overturns the idea that the unconscious mind plays no role in achieving goals.
The researchers studied the performance of two groups of subjects in performing a computer simulation of running a sugar factory and learning a sequence of circles appearing on a computer screen. The first group was unconsciously motivated by completing a word search task that exposed them to a number of motivating words. The second group performed the same word search with a neutral selection of words.
The results showed that the group exposed to the motivating words performed better than the non-motivated group. This means that the unconscious mind does indeed help in learning new skills.
So how would this help to explain the Law of Attraction? The “Law” works at least in part by fulfilling people’s needs. For example let’s say a number of people are unconsciously looking to solve a problem for which you have the solution. Your unconscious mind is looking to provide a solution while they are looking to get a solution. Both your mind and theirs work together to fulfill the need. Since we exist in a complex network of people, events and things, it only takes making some connections in order to link up with what is needed to achieve a goal. In a sense people and events are attracted to you.

What is Your World Made of and Why Does it Matter? a Brief Introduction to Law of Attraction

What is your world made of? Some may answer, “Earth, sea, sky, insects, animals and people,” and if they think for a few more seconds, they’ll probably add, “And the universe too!” All that is true but what is everything made of?

Matter! Everything in our world is made of matter and all matter, right down to subatomic particles consists of energy. Everything exists as energy which is forever moving from one form to another. All energy moves or vibrates which is where we get the term ‘vibe’. Our thoughts vibrate at different speeds all the time and we call this frequency. Energy attracts other energy that is resonating at the same frequency.

Your thoughts are energy too! Thoughts are waves of energy and quantum science has proven that our thoughts move through space the same as all other energy in our universe. Science can even measure the energy of your thoughts.

Simply put—all things are made of energy. Your thoughts are made of energy and therefore, your thoughts are things too! And this is where the Law of Attraction comes into the picture.

Our universe is a huge matrix of moving energy. Law of Attraction is the universal law that governs the movement of all energy. Energy that vibrates at the same frequency comes together. That’s the simple law that rules all matter, including your thoughts.

You really are just one big human magnet. Your thoughts continually vibrate so you attract all the time. The Law of Attraction acts the same way all the time. Like attracts like—period.

Your emotions always reflect the nature of your thoughts. Feeling happy, exuberant, joyful, enthusiastic, thankful, abundant reflects your positive thoughts. Feeling frustrated, disappointed, angry, stressed out, jealous, resentful or despondent reflects negative thoughts.

You either give off, or send out positive or negative vibes. Negative thoughts attract more negative energy. Positive thoughts attract more positive energy.

All energy shows up in your life in the form as things, circumstances, people or experiences. Positive thoughts bring positive results. Negative thoughts bring negative results. The Law of Attraction causes matching energy to move towards you. It’s not complicated at all. It’s all about matching energy moving together.

If you want something you need to be sure that your vibe matches or resonates with the same frequency of your desire. A room full of tuning forks demonstrates this law very well. Imagine a large group of people in a room holding a tuning fork each. You are at the front of the room and you strike your tuning fork on the table to make it vibrate. You hold it up in the air and immediately, some of the tuning forks in the room start vibrating while others remain still. They vibrating ones are all tuned into the precise frequency of your tuning fork.

Here’s another good example. If your thoughts could send out a radio frequency of 88.5, that’s the only radio station you’d get because that’s what you are tuned into. It’s silly to expect to get the nice classical music from FM 117 if you’re tuned into a completely different frequency that only plays rock ‘n roll.

So what do tuning forks and radio dials teach us about Law of Attraction? First of all they teach us that we need to be sending out a vibe at the same frequency of our desires to attract them. Secondly, they teach us that our thoughts are incredibly powerful. You need to get control over that power. You alone control your thoughts therefore you need to learn to deliberately focus your thoughts to deliberately attract the matching energy of your desire.

Focusing your thoughts is the fundamental key to using Law of Attraction to attract fabulous desires into your daily life.

Here are 7 facts you should know about the law of attraction.

1. The law of attraction is real.

People might tell you the law of attraction is not real, that its just snake oil. There is really no need to listen to such talk. Just try it for yourself, and find out for yourself.

2. The law of attraction is a law of science.

Some people are put off by the fact that the law of attraction cannot be “proved” in the conventional scientific way. But that does not stop it from being a law of science, just like the law of gravity. Indeed, some authorities have argued that the law of gravity is itself a “special case” of the law of attraction.

3. The law of attraction is always working.

Whether or not you use the law of attraction, it will still always be working, bringing you more of whatever you are giving your attention to. The way to use it is to focus your attention on those things you want, and away from the things you do not want.

4. You can use the law of attraction.

Starting right now, you can use the law of attraction to change your life for the better. You do not need any special equipment for this (although we do recommend you read our blog on the link below!)

5. Whatever you give your attention to, that you will attract.

Everything you see and have around you is what you yourself have attracted. If you do not like some of it, you can change that, by giving your attention to those things that you do like.
