The power within you which enables you to form a thought picture is the starting point of all there is. In its original state it is the undifferentiated formless substance of life. Your thought picture forms the mould (so to speak) into which this formless substance takes shape. Visualizing, or mentally seeing things and conditions as you wish them to be, is the condensing, the specializing power in you that might be illustrated by the lens of a magic lantern. The magic lantern is one of the best symbols of this imaging faculty. It illustrates the working of the Creative Spirit on the plane of the initiative and selection (or in its concentrated specializing form) in a remarkably clear manner.

This picture slide illustrates your own mental picture -invisible in the lantern of your mind until you turn on the light of your will. That is to say, you light up your desire with absolute faith that the Creative Spirit of Life, in you, is doing the work. The joyous assurance with which you make your picture is the very powerful magnet of Faith, and nothing can obliterate it. You are happier than you ever were, because you have learned to know where your source of supply is, and you rely upon its never-failing response to your given direction.

When all said and done, happiness is the one thing which every human being wants, and the study of visualization enables you to get more out of life than you ever enjoyed before. Increasing possibilities keep opening out, more and more, before you.

A business man once told me that since practicing visualization and forming the habit of devoting a few minutes each day to thinking about his work as he desired it to be in a large, broad way, his business had more than doubled in six months. When you first begin to visualize seriously, you may feel, as many others do, that someone else may be forming the same picture you are, and that naturally would not suit your purpose. Do not give yourself any unnecessary concern about this. Simply try to realize that your picture is an orderly exercise of the Universal Creative Power specifically applied. Then you may be sure that no one can work in opposition to you. The universal law of harmony prevents this. Endeavor to bear in mind that your mental picture is Universal Mind exercising its inherent powers of initiative and selection specifically.

God, or Universal Mind, made man for the special purpose of differentiating Himself through him. Everything that is, came into existence in this same way, by this self-same law of self-differentiation, and for the same purpose. First the idea, the mental picture or the prototype of the thing, which is the thing itself in its incipiency or plastic form.

The Great Architect of the Universe contemplated Himself as manifesting through His polar opposite, matter, and the idea expanded and projected itself until we have a world -many worlds.

Many people ask, “But why should we have a physical world at all?” The answer is: Because it is the nature of originating substance to solidify, under directivity rather than activity, just as it is the nature of wax to harden when it becomes cold, or plaster of paris to become firm and solid when exposed to the air. Your picture in this same Divine substance in its fluent state taking shape through the individualized center of Divine operation, your mind; and there is no power to prevent this combination of spiritual substance from becoming physical form. It is the nature of Spirit to complete its work and an idea is not complete until it has made for itself a vehicle.

Nothing can prevent your picture from coming into concrete form except the same power that gave it birth – yourself. Suppose you wish to have a more orderly room. You look about your room and the idea of order suggests boxes, closets, shelves, hooks and so forth. The box, the closet, the hooks, all are concrete ideas of order. Vehicles through which order and harmony suggest themselves.

First, a definition of wealth. I’m not talking about a wealth of friends, or interests, or experiences. Those kinds of wealth are wonderful, definitely. But right now, I’m talking about money – lots of money.

Life is a mystery

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all [these] things are done in parables:

Laws of physics which dominate the real world are a mystery to most people. Many unseen actions take place around us every second yet they are accepted without any consideration or reflection as they operate within our experience. These are the unexplained phenomenon’s of life in which we take no notice. A leaf moves as an unseen breeze passes, a lamp lights as unseen electricity flows through it and the world is illuminated and warmed by a sun that is always ready to provide light and heat.

Things perceived are things conceived

While there are many things perceived to be mysterious to the mind, there is nothing mysteries in revelations of truth but undiscovered even truth becomes a mystery. Only when truth is illuminated and understood, does it become a guiding light to the soul. Truths understood, are the building blocks upon which all of humanity stands.

Who uncovers the validly in truth but people of vision, mystics, philosophers, people who dare to seek out and dispel the laden mysteries of darkness. Even in this modern world, our civilization continues on the discoveries of great visionaries. It is all for the pleasure of God

And God having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself subjects us to His purpose. We are not only subjects of the laws of God we are, transpiring law. Because mankind has dominance over all things on earth we, impose law onto nature.

Turning toward nature

In this setting, mankind has turned toward nature and compelled it to surrender its forces and powers. As mankind discovered and harnessed such laws as electric energy he devised huge turbines to catch and control the power in water, steam and wind to drive them. He extracted petrol from the earth to power automobiles to make life easer, in the end mankind made nature obey his will and forgot from where it came. Man never invented, he discovered the force in machines that would do his labor and he drove them to built long ribbons of highway for accommodating his automobile. As mankind plunges forward, constructing miraculous civilizations he also discovers destructive forces in nature for which he manipulates so he may force his will upon others. But in all of man’s grandeur, in all his accomplishments, he has not been able to conquered his own soul. He has become blinded and in his darkened state he has lost his way and now he revels in his own misconception of the meaning of life.

Even as mankind searches for satisfaction through material objects of his own self-interested he exposes spiritual relevance in his experience. He also reveals many timeless truths that reveals in us a Supreme truth and Living Presence in which we cannot deny.

The significance of life

For many people the search for extracting an importance from Life is based on suspicions and misconceptions that fear controls the inner man. The fact is, every philosophy, religion and individual belief embraces a truth that fear is no more than a misconception and has no basis in reality. Fear is a warning of pending possibilities not a reasoning for avoidance. It is in hope that fear diminishes in the presence of possibilities and opportunities. The mind grasps hope as its foundation for being; hope in the unseen things of the future and its possibilities of discovery.

True men of vision reach beyond human thought to sense the true purpose of God. One might ask, “How do we know if God has a purpose for us?” Consistency in confession reveals that over the years prophets have detected and taught the same truths. The uniformity in these revelations has brought a since of knowing when truth prevails.

Is there only one Truth

It is true that all revelations result in an awareness that there is but one ultimate reality. Could this Ultimate Reality be here now? If only we could detect it, through our limited senses. But alas we can not. The creator of the Universe chooses to be obscure in order to invoke faith in mankind. But wait, if I could only see, talk to, hear God I would truly believe. Ahaa, with exposure there would be no faith for it is faith that drives man to seek answers.

Do not follow evil

Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God. And so it goes, one must believe in and seek God before experiencing His presence. Evil is mans due and has no place in the presence of God. Those who believe in a God who consciously works in and through man, surrenders to His omnipresence.

They understand that the Kingdom of God is their condition and they are engulfed in His being as a fish is in water; it only needs to be recognized. As the Spirit of God is within so is the soul of man.

Your wealth is not a measure of how much you have, but how much you are capable of generating in every moment. If you had won a million dollars in the lottery but are capable of generating zero dollars, you wealth is virtually zero. Wealth is what you have left when all your money has been taken from you. A rich person who is capable of generating lots of money, but happens to lose all his money, is still a rich person with no money. Money does not make you rich. Money is an illusion because it is not a thing in itself. Money is a representation of something else. It is an external symbol that manifest from the inner world of creativity and intention. The manifestation is complete with some form of action involved. It is only an illusion when there is a lot of money or there is no money. A person capable of generating zero dollars may possess the illusion of a million dollars, while a person capable of generating a million dollars may possess the illusion of money being run out.

When you are capable of creating money, the supply is inexhaustible. Whatever wealth that is manifested is temporary and will soon be used finish or shrink with inflation until it is next to nothing. It is only the act of recreation that sustains the presence of a particular thing in the visible world. Whatever you hold in your hand is subjected to death and decay. Old things become obsolete and it is only through constant renewal that enables anything to live on continually. Whatever stops creating, ceases to live.

It is a lunacy of people of the world to make lots of money to last them the rest of their lives, so that they can retire and never have to work to make any more money. Why retire when you should enjoy making money or enjoy doing fulfilling work that makes you money? Doing something in order to stop doing it implies that the very thing you are doing is not enjoyable. Isn’t it such a meaningless way to live life? The reason why this is so, is because many people do not even know how to live their lives correctly.

The idea of retirement is a joke. The moment you retire, you stop contributing and generating. It doesn’t matter how rich you seem to be by the amount of money you have. When you stop contributing and generating, you are virtually a bankrupt. You may have a lot of money in the bank to live on for the remainder of your probable lifespan, but if the money disappeared overnight, you are financially dead. If you somehow managed to get eternal life on earth, the very concept of retirement will disappear completely.

Life is always in motion and that which is flowing shall live. Money has to flow in and out of your life in order to sustain your life. You cannot live without spending and you cannot spend without earning. Cash flow is the core diagnosis of any financial system. Whenever your income exceeds your expenses, you are growing steadily richer every day. Whenever your expenses exceed your income, you are growing steadily poorer every day. Therefore the money wise will always keep the inflow going steady.

We either progress or regress, we never stand still. You are either growing or dying. The moment you retire, you are as good as dead. The purpose of life is to create. When a person retires, they stop creating and stop living. That is why people who retire tend to pass away in a very short span of time. They lose the purpose of remaining here on earth and therefore their subconscious mind soon brings their physical life to an end. It’s insanity that people work only to retire and then to die without having lived.

It is also an illusion that people have in mind about creating wealth to retire and have the freedom to do what they enjoy. The idea of retirement and freedom should start from day one. You should start doing something you would do if you were already retired. That is what life is for. If you do something that you truly enjoy and most desire to do, you will never work a single day of your life and you will never retire because you are already as good as retired. You are completely free when you realize this truth.

Since wealth is only a reflection of the value that you generate in this world, you never want to stop generating it. That is why there are very wealthy people who continue to do the work they do although they have more than enough money to retire and live on for many lifetimes over. They enjoy doing what they do because it is not work, but it is their life. They seek to generate value for the world for as long as they live. They are truly expressing their inner wealth as infinite and inexhaustible in their outer world.

Strive to be a man of value and generation rather than a man of riches and success. If you are generating more value in this world than you are consuming, you are already rich and a success. Every value that you consume should be for the purpose of further increasing the value you can generate. This is how you multiply the current value of the world instead of degenerating it. As long as you are alive, your purpose is to generate. That is how you make the most out of your life. You constantly generate wealth.

Your inner world creates your outer world, but what you perceive in your outer world also reinforces your inner world. You can make your outer world a lot more supportive in reinforcing what you desire in your inner world, so that it will create more of what you wish to experience in your outer world. If you order your outer world with signs and impressions of wealth, you’ll reinforce wealth consciousness in your inner world. Your work of reality creation is most effective when your inner and outer world are aligned.

The difference between the rich and the poor is not in how much money they have, but in the way they talk, the way they act and the way they think. The way you think is what you create in your inner world. The way you talk and act is what you express in your outer world. If you want to be fully wealthy, you must be fully congruent in your thoughts, speech and actions. Half congruence results in half wealth. Poor people communicate lack in every way while rich people communicate abundance in every way.

Your actions either create subconscious impressions of wealth or poverty. By choosing to buy the best and quality products for yourself, you are saying that you are worth it, that you are the best. The satisfaction they obtain from being true to themselves causes them to send forth vibrations that attract more satisfaction in their lives. Their very act of obtaining what they are truly happy with at the start saves them all the trouble of wasting time and money making further purchases. They are wise not to spend too much or too little. They spend what they see fit.

The elements in your environment affect your consciousness. Everything that you see around you will subconsciously impress upon you the idea of poverty or wealth. The more broken and dilapidated stuff you hold without replacing, the more you will feel lack. When you keep signs of abundance in your environment, your subconscious mind will be constantly impressed with the idea of supply and abundance. Seeing abundance in one area creates a mental shift and allows you to start seeing and feeling more abundance in your life. Whatever area in your life you have right now that makes you feel rich and powerful, create more of that. Use that area to affect other areas. The poor are trapped in environments that contain signs of lack about everything they see around them, they are stuck with people that think, speak and act in ways that signify lack and powerlessness. The rich are placed in environments that contain signs of abundance and people that act rich. It is so difficult for the poor to become rich but it is so easy for the rich to become richer. The poor trap themselves with their limitations while the rich are free to increase. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

What tends to do away with poverty is not by getting pictures of poverty into your mind, but by getting pictures of abundance, wealth and possibility into the minds of the poor. The best way to help the poor is not to be one of them yourself. You are in fact making the world a better place by becoming wealthy. By becoming wealthy, you are in fact helping to be part of the cure to end all poverty. If you want to help the poor, demonstrate to them that they can become rich. The reason why you experience a mix of wealth and poverty in your life is because of the mix signals you give out around you. Conflicting signals create conflicting results. The dominant signals will create the conditions that you experience more of. Remove all signs of poverty and your reality will be a totally rich one.
