Quantum Law Of Attraction

December 28th, 2009

Much of us would like to believe that we have free will, and we do. However, a very, very large portion of our lives is already predestined for us. Much of your life, right here, and right now, is based on all of your past.
Most of the decisions we make and the feelings we have are based upon quantum levels of programming that have happened to us over the many years of living and learning and experiencing. All of your current decisions and choices are made not with your conscious mind as much as with quantum levels of emotional, psychological, and spiritual programming.
We have spent years bombarding our cells and our entire body with specific emotional chemicals. Our bodies have become addicted to these emotional chemicals and always influence our decisions. It is these addictions that influence us to move in directions that support those addictions, just as a drug addict will pass up food with their last five dollars in order to get their fix.
The same is true at a psychological level. We have been bombarded and have bombarded ourselves with beliefs, opinions, ideas, concepts, and a million other pieces of information on how and what we should think. These quantum levels and mental wirings influence every single decision and choice we make as well.
We can’t make a choice about something without the information of that situation being filtered through our beliefs, opinions, ideas, and perceptions. These ways of thinking have been formed through the books we have read, society, parents, mentors, friends, and a thousand other sources.
These quantum levels of our being influence every single aspect of our lives from the way and what we smell to the way we deal with situations and relationships. Until we learn to wash these quantum levels out and replace them with newer and better quantum levels, we will constantly continue to create the same type of reality over, and over again.
This is extremely important when working with the law of attraction. If you are addicted to the emotional chemicals of victimization, you will continuously make decisions and choices that will move you toward sustaining and feeling that addiction. If you look at someone trying to help you make better financial situations as that person trying to tell you how horrible you are and what is wrong with you, you will never get the lessons of that persons help.
Each and every single one of us has addictions and quantum level programming. This is where free will stops. We always have the freedom and free will to make a different decision, however, our decisions are already decided for us based on the quantum level programming we have allowed to remain within us.
It’s a catch 22. Our programming has already decided for us what decisions we will make in specific situations, but we have the free will to make different decisions. So the real question is simple. If I don’t have free will other than to choose to create new addictions and quantum level programming, what quantum programming do I need in order to attract and manifest the life I want to live.
The bad news is that you are like a computer and that the junk you have put in is what comes back out when you navigate your life. The other part of the bad news is that the programming you currently have at a quantum level is what dictates every single aspect of your life. Your current programming will keep you exactly where you are.
The good news is that you do still have free will, and that free will can only be exercised in one way. To change your current programming and quantum level addictions. By becoming aware of these quantum level programming aspects of your being and consciously deciding to make different decisions in order to reprogram yourself instead of running on autopilot, you can begin to move in completely new directions and discover completely new and different realms of yourself.
This is the only way to get real results with the law of attraction. You must overcome and change these quantum level addictions and programming. If you don’t, you are doomed to continue to make the same decisions that sustain the same beliefs, opinions, ideas, perceptions, and emotional addictions. Create new perceptions, new addictions, and make them serve you, and you will be amazed at what you will accomplish.

Using the Law of Attraction to Create Optimal Fertility and Pregnancy

December 21st, 2009

Question: I spoke to someone recently who told me to put my wishes to have a child into the universe and then “let it go”. How does one do this? And, is it not natural to focus on something you want so badly? -Tammy
Answer: When a wise friend says, “Just put it out and let it go” what they are really saying is put into practice the law of attraction and the law of detachment simultaneously.
The law of detachment is essential to intentional creation and it’s primarily about instilling your emotional self with absolute certainty and faith.
The law of detachment is taught throughout the bible for example:
“Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, ‘Why could we not cast it out?’ He said to them, ‘Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.” -Matthew 17:19-20
Now, a mustard seed may be small but it is absolutely, positively still a mustard seed. When planted it is not going to produce a cherry tree! Thus, faith as small as a mustard seed contains enough faith to warrant the experience of absolute certainty that when you put it out there, that all is well and Divinely Ordered and in Divine Timing all your desires shall be fulfilled, for the highest and best for all parties involved.
Period!
When you ask, “Isn’t it natural to focus on something you want so badly?” the real question isn’t so much whether or not it’s natural to focus on what we want (because it is), the real question I believe you want to know is, “Why would it be bad to focus on what I want?” The answer is that it’s not ‘bad’ to focus on what we want. However, when we want it “so badly” there’s an undertone of fear and doubt preventing faith and certainty. The doubt is actually creating the ’so badly’ experience of the ‘what if it doesn’t happen for me?’ which of course creates ‘it not happening.’
I enjoy finding support for the law of attraction in the bible, so I have another favorite quote that I remember when I find myself doubting:
“But ask in faith, nothing doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind; for the doubter, being double-minded and unstable in every way, must not expect to receive anything from the Lord.” James 1:6-8
Substitute the word Universe for Lord and you have the New Thought message that “when you doubt, you get more to doubt about”.
In this example, what you want is to get pregnant, have a wonderful, healthy pregnancy, a comfortable and even magical delivery and a happy, healthy baby.
From time to time, this desire is accompanied by many extenuating circumstances such as the fear and doubts of one or more of the parents. For example, many will have thoughts such as:
What if I’m too old?
What if I’m a terrible parent?
What if something is wrong with the baby?
What if I can’t love this baby?
What if I can’t support a child or my ‘other-half’ and I don’t stay together?
What if there’s something wrong with me (or us) and we weren’t meant to create a family together?
What if there’s something physically wrong with me and I’m defective in some way?
What if it’s too late?
What if I won’t know what to do once I have the child, or what if — there’s so many what if’s.
All of these fears launch creative thoughts into the Universe and are reflected back to us in our experiences. Thus, it can be terribly challenging to hand it over when underneath you feel so afraid (and other negative emotions).
There’s a documented phenomena in medical science known as psychogenic infertility. I often use this example in my seminars because it is documented scientific evidence of the Universal Laws working together.
You’ve heard the stories of couples who want to get pregnant, and they start out trying (you know, the birds-and-the-bees) and nothing happens, nothing happens, nothing happens and six months, a year go by, and they decide to see a fertility specialist.
The fertility doctor orders the tests, they begin In Vitro Fertilization processes and every other current medical solution and still nothing; they just can’t get pregnant. After tens of thousands of dollars and even more tears, the doctor says, “There’s nothing more we can do. Have you ever considered adoption?” and, hands them a parting brochure.
The couple goes home, grieve and eventually decide to adopt. “Maybe adopting is what we were supposed to do? Maybe this is what is meant to be for us? Look at how many children in this world don’t have families and how we are going to be helping one of them. Oh my! I’m so excited about this!”
They take their focus off of having a baby ‘this way’ and put their focus upon, having a baby ‘another way’.
They anxiously wait their turn, adopt a beautiful child, and bring the baby home. And, boom! They get pregnant! “It’s a miracle!” Indeed it is, and it’s also known as, psychogenic infertility and the law of attraction and the law of detachment at work.
So, what do you do about the fears and doubts? First, begin to consciously choose to increase your faith, confidence, certainty, and hope intentionally. Talk yourself into feeling better. Look on the bright side and maintain that, “All is well and in Divine Order at ALL Times!”
Another way to ‘talk yourself into it’ is to deepen your understanding of what faith means. For example, read the following quotes and see if you don’t raise your level of ‘faith’ comprehension:
“Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe.”–St. Augustine
“When you have come to the edge of all light that you know, and are about to drop off into the darkness of the unknown, Faith is knowing one of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on or You will be taught to fly” – Patrick Overton
“Faith isn’t faith until it’s all you’re holding on to.” – Unknown
“You block your dream when you allow your fear to grow bigger than your faith.” – Mary Manin Morrissey
Additionally, here are a few other techniques:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), if you have a fear or a doubt – eliminate it now with this powerful meridian therapy. If others can do it, so can you!
Meditation (a good program is the HoloSync program)
Seeking Silence and personal introspection in nature.
Read Power vs. Force and use Dr. Hawkin’s Map of Consciousness to transcend the lower level beliefs.
Call any religious (secular or non secular) organization that offers prayer support. For example, call the Science of Mind (Religious Science) or Unity prayer hotlines and ask for prayers.
Miracles are a daily affair!
Your work is to launch wonderful, joyful, passionate thoughts about what you desire while maintaining your faith, confidence, and conviction that what you want, is already written.

The Law of Attraction and the J-Curve

December 15th, 2009

When our feeling nature and our thinking nature are in harmony, our conscious desires will be fulfilled. The challenge for many conscious creators is maintaining the habitual thoughts and corresponding feelings long enough for our ‘wishes’ to manifest.
There are many techniques we can use to accomplish this habitual state of harmonious alignment. And, there’s more good news. When practiced regularly and persistently these ‘techniques’ will transform from a ‘tool to be applied’ to a state of being.
It’s this state of being that we, as law of attraction students, optimally seek to obtain. This ‘being state’ is the consciousness of the spirit within as our one and only source and supply; it’s a state that is consumed with ever-increasing love, peace, certainty, and patience.
Ultimately, as we learn to seek this state (as opposed to material possessions, for example), we automatically align with our true desires and the vibrational essence necessary to fulfill all of our dreams.
It’s important to fully understand the ultimate goal that I’m defining here. The ultimate goal is to become fully aware and understand that it is the Spirit within that does the work and it is our consciousness of this Spirit within that produces the energy necessary to intentionally attract the life we desire. You see, our ultimate goal is to live from this awareness and comprehension, thus releasing all limitations from our experience.
To clarify, although your immediate goal may be to use the law of attraction to manifest a car, a new job, a relationship, or a recovery from illness, for example, your primary focus still needs to be on what the essence of these ‘things’ will give to you that you do not already have or that you want more of. In short, this means you want to focus upon the higher Truths of your desire which is always in alignment with that which is God (Peace, Love, Prosperity, Wholeness, Wisdom, Freedom, etc.)
A few tools that one can use to embrace their unlimitedness and this higher consciousness are:
* Meditation
* Seeking Silence
* Prayer
* EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique (or any of the Meridian Therapies)
* Affirmations and Visualizations
* Goal Setting
* Radical Forgiveness
* Positive Therapy (the kind that releases the old patterns through forgiveness while embracing the future as a primary intention of the therapy)
* Treasure Mapping
* NLP (Neuro-Linquistic Programming)
* Essential Oils
* Bach Flower Remedies and the list goes on.
Let’s look at meditation, for example, since it’s a universally accepted key to unlock spiritual enlightenment and the doorway to personal transformation.
Now, if you sit down to ‘intentionally focus’ and your mind races out of control, first, know that you are not alone.
Every spiritual teacher that has ever lived has preached the benefits of meditation as a tool for connecting with the Spirit within and quieting the mind. However, very few spiritual seekers stick with meditation long enough to truly reap the rewards of this spiritual practice. The reason they do not stick to the practice is not because meditation doesn’t work for them, as many believe, but because they can’t ’stop their racing mind’ long enough to experience the benefits. They quit before they get to that place of meditative peace and connection.
They simply choose to not finish what they started.
There’s not a single spiritual teacher that has ever obtained spiritual enlightenment that hasn’t used meditation (in its myriad of forms) for their personal transformation. And, they too had to overcome their ‘uncontrollable mind’ to achieve mental, emotional, and spiritual mastery.
When we make a commitment to improve our lives or master a new skill, often our experience of improvement or our ability to perform may actually worsen before we see the improvement we desire.
In the coaching world, this often predictable trend is known as the ‘J-curve’. In a book by the same name, author Ian Bremmer explains why nations who move from ‘closed and undemocratic’ to ‘open and democratic’ will first go through a period of instability before coming out the other side and landing upon greater stability. Understanding that this state of instability is par for the course can actually support all parties involved in ’staying the course.’
While not understanding this curve can result in abandoning the course before reaching their desired destination; which of course, results in a return to the previously undesired state of certain instability. This compromised place of ‘a known fear’ is better than an ‘unknown fear’ leaves us stagnant and complacent by default.
In our spiritual lives, we too go through states of emotional instability when trying to improve upon our spiritual connection (or manifest more). The intention to align our feeling nature with our thinking nature requires persistent attention, a willingness to practice the transformational tools regularly and consistently and a willingness to fail, fail, and fail again before fully obtaining a greater state of stability on the other side.
The key here is not to look at the problem as an insurmountable obstacle but as simply a part of the natural process of improvement. In holistic health care circles this J-curve is sometimes experienced as a ‘healing crisis’ and in ‘conscious creation’ it’s sometimes perceived as complete chaos and is called ‘chemicalization.’
No matter what you call this state of transition, recognize it as just that – a state of transition.
Here’s one more example, from the book, The Coaching Revolution: How Visionary Managers Are Using Coaching to Empower People and Unlock Their Full Potential by David, Ph.D. Logan and John King, to help put your process into perspective. When Tiger Woods, considered by many to be the most gifted professional golfer of all time, decided to improve his game, he began working with a new coach who adjusted his club grasp. Initially, his game was decidedly ‘off’ and he lost more than he won. Fans who did not understand the ‘improvement’ process lamented that he may be gone for good and that he’d lost his touch. Then, as he maintained the course and pushed through his ‘J-Curve’, he eventually returned with talent far superior than his pre- improvement process performance.
Anyone that maintains the course of constant and never- ending improvement must be willing to push through their own “J-Curve’ when it appears. On the other side is the glorious experience of greater freedom, fulfillment, and spiritual unity. From this place of unity, all things that we desire manifest with greater ease because we simply maintain our connection to the constant and never-ceasing flow.
And, there’s even better news than this. ask any seeker who has pushed through their “J-Curve’ and they’ll tell you:
“You’ll be happy to know – you can’t ever go back to the way you used to be.”

Manifesting Lesson: Is Law Of Attraction Hit Or Miss?

November 28th, 2009

The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law which means it applies to everyone all of the time.  Translated to human experience this means you are always manifesting, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Did you ever hear the saying: The sun shines on the saints and sinners alike.

What this means is that the sun always there and it shines on everyone and everything equally.  It doesn’t shine more on people who are good or bad or fat or skinny or short or tall.  It doesn’t favor rich people or people in a certain country or religion.  It’s the sun and it does what the sun does – it shines.

The Universe acts in much the same way, doing what it does. Instead of shining like the sun though, the Universe acts like a mirror – reflecting back to us exactly what we send it.  It doesn’t judge or altar anything and it doesn’t care what the consequences are to you or me (just like the sun doesn’t care if you get a sunburn or not).

The thing about the Universe is that it doesn’t have an off switch.  It is constantly receiving and reflecting data back to you (and everyone else) and that data is what forms the reality you experience. Every thought, word, emotion, and experience you have adds to that data which continues to form your reality day by day and minute by minute.

This means that you are always manifesting.  In fact it is impossible to not manifest.  For instance, if you are not manifesting green lights when you want to then you are manifesting red lights.  If you are not manifesting great service at a restaurant then you are manifesting less than great service.

Understanding this is important because once you see that you are always manifesting it gives you complete power over your life experience.  Because by understanding that the Universe is a mirror, you can now change the data you’re sending out which in turn will change the reality that’s being reflected back to you.

What Is This “Law Of Attraction You Deserve What You Want” Junk?

November 10th, 2009

There is a huge amount of talk within the law of attraction realm about opening up and deserving what you want. The truth about this whole deserving thing is simple. Most people DO NOT deserve what they want, and they most likely never will.
I hear way to much talking about people deserving to be rich, or have love, or find success within the personal development and law of attraction circle. The truth of the matter is that most people don’t deserve what they want, and they never will.
How can I say this about people, especially people I don’t even know? Simple! I pay attention to what people are really saying and base my opinion on that.
First of all, there doesn’t need to be so much written about people deserving what they want and all this other hoopla out there. There are literally hundreds of pages written within the law of attraction community about opening up and deserving what you want and desire, and most of it is junk.
The reason this is true is simple. Those who deserve to have what they want are out there doing what they need to do to get it and those who don’t deserve it aren’t. I just summed it all up in one sentence.
Each and every single one of us was born with the right to have, do, and be anything we want and desire. Those who deserve to have what they desire are the ones who are doing what they have to in order to manifest and attract those things into their lives. They are taking the time to learn and grow and practice keeping their thoughts and emotions on those things they want.
Those who don’t deserve to have what they desire simply don’t put the time and energy into attracting it. The universe couldn’t have been any more clear and precise about who does and does not deserve to have what they want, to do what they want, and to be what they choose.
So take the time to take stock in yourself, your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Are you taking the time to practice using the law of attraction in order to attract and manifest those things you desire into your life? Or are you doing things that don’t contribute to your success and your desire to have, do, and be what you want.
You will deserve what you want and desire when you take the time to invest in your education. When you start buying books that will teach you how to manifest and attract those things you want. When you invest the time to study that material and start actually applying it to your daily life.
I’m not saying this is an easy task. Simple, yes, but not necessarily easy. It takes time, money, and energy in order to deserve what you want and desire. It takes an effort on your part to study, to practice, to apply, to go out into the world and fail again and again in order to move forward and learn.
Those who don’t deserve to have what they desire will never get it, and they don’t deserve to have it simply because they aren’t willing to invest what it takes to have it. Sadly, most people would rather stay where they are than do what it takes to get to where they want to be.
So that sums it all up in a nutshell. Those who deserve to have what they want don’t need books upon books to tell them they deserve it. They are out there doing the do and getting what they want to have, do, and be. Those who don’t deserve what they want do need thousands of pages to convince them that they deserve it because they aren’t willing and aren’t doing what is necessary to get what they want to have, do, and be.

law of attraction

Most readers would probably have heard or read Napoleon Hill’s highly acclaimed “Think And Grow Rich”. Many people have also claimed that the book changed their way thinking and have seen their personal wealth grow.

Now then, if people can think and grow rich, then can people think and grow thin and slim? Can thinking to be thin help you to lose weight or thinking fat help you gain weight?

Since the released of Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret” DVD and book, the Law of Attraction or LOA for short, which is the essence of her work has swept the world by storm arousing much renewed interest in metaphysical science and new age spiritual thinking.

If you are not familiar with the law of attraction, then simple definition of the law of attraction is that you attract to you what are in your dominant thoughts and what you are focused on.

In other words, you get what you think and focused on. Of course there are more to it than just merely wishful thinking and if you want to know more, the internet is full of websites on the application of law of attraction.

Experts and teachers of the law of attraction such as Bob Proctor, John Assaraf and some others who appeared in “The Secret” explained that recent breakthroughs in neuroscience along with understanding mental laws, reveal why the “law of attraction” works regardless of whether you look at the theory from a metaphysical or a scientific point of view in a Larry King show in 2007.

Scientists have long known that your subconscious is completely neutral and impartial and it will carry out any instructions you give it by your conscious or logical mind. That means that you can use the law of attraction to attract love, to lose or gain weight, attract wealth, quit smoking or whatever you desire. To skeptics, this sounds too good to be true but to believers, there are too many anecdotal evidence that the law of attraction works without any exception is difficult to ignore.

Unfortunately, many of us are still running negative programs we picked up from others as children when our subconscious minds were totally open and impressionable, or which we have developed over the years as a result of repetition of our own negative thinking.

Yes, many of you may say to me that you have been thinking of losing weight, but is still getting fatter. You see, when you are thinking of losing weight, you are using your conscious mind, but what is your subconscious mind thinking? Here are some examples :-

a) I am fat, therefore I need to lose weight – This thinking cancels out each other. Yes, you want to lose weight, but you are also thinking about being fat. The law of attraction does not react to whether you want it or do not want it, it just delivers to you what you are thinking and focused on and in this instance, you are thinking about being fat as well as losing weight.

b) My family members are fat, so I am genetically programed to be fat – I don’t need to explain this further. It is a self limiting thought and guess what? If you think that you are programed to be fat, then you are. You won’t be doing anything to change the status quo because you will think that it is useless to do so subconsciously. Simple as that.

c) I wish to be thin – Now merely wishing is not good enough, the law of attraction will just entertain your wish. You will always be wishing and wishing and wishing.

d) It is difficult to lose weight – Then you will never lose weight because it will always be difficult for you to lose weight.

So when you do not lose weight even if you have always wanted to, it could be because of your self limiting subconscious thoughts and there could even be hundreds if not thousands of negative programming in our subconscious mind not only in the subject of physical body shape but on other matters such as wealth, health, love and the list goes on.

These negative beliefs are programed into our subconscious mind and most of the time we do not even know that they are there sabotaging us. These thoughts then become our beliefs, habits and automatic behavior.

To change your end results, you need to overwrite the negative programing and instill new positive programing into your subconscious mind. If you are getting more of the same or negative results in your life such as not being able to attract more wealth, good health or the body shape you desire, then you have probably been unconsciously running old negative programs and reinforcing them with daily negative thought patterns.

There are many techniques you can use to get rid of limiting beliefs and negative thoughts such as using goal setting, affirmations and creative visualizations.

I will not describe in detail how these methods work here as books have been written on them. However, from personal experiences, the best method is to use self hypnotism to get rid of these negative programing.

You see, instead of spending a lot of money for a hypnosis therapist to help you find out your self limiting negative thoughts in your subconscious mind and re-program new positive thoughts into it, you can now do it yourself through self hypnosis sessions through CDs or MP3s.

So, how to use self hypnotism to lose weight or gain weight? Well, that is for another article or you click the link in my author’s box and read about them.

Becoming A Wealth Creating Machine

October 18th, 2009

Wealth is a term that is often times associated with money. We must first start by understanding that wealth is much more than just money. It’s an internal perspective on the value of any given thing, including ourselves.
The term wealth consciousness is often times used when talking about money and one’s ability to relate to and obtain money and financial well being. I want to expand on this definition and perspective of wealth and help you develop a real understanding of what true wealth is.
First of all, wealth consciousness pertains to the internal value you hold within yourself. Everything that is valuable to you is nothing but a reflection of your internal value. To a rich person, they have chosen to expand and develop their internal value when it comes to their understanding and relationship to money and their financial abilities.
For someone who is a good cook, they have chosen to expand on their internal value and wealth consciousness when it comes to food and delivering a good experience to people’s eating experience. Wealth is anything that we hold as valuable. Where someone may have a perspective as money being wealth to them, others may have love and relationships as a definition of wealth.
It’s important to understand what we hold as valuable and believe to be a positive part of our experience and what we would label as wealth. To some knowledge is wealth, and others hands on ability is wealth. None of these are right or wrong, but a reflection of internal value.
We choose from moment to moment where we direct our consciousness and how we decide to expand our wealth consciousness. Some people believe that going to college is the best way of expanding their internal value and their wealth consciousness while others believe that a trade school is the best bet. Still others believe that starting a business is how they can best expand their wealth consciousness.
All of these are a reflection of internal wealth and value. The same is true for anything else that we choose to put our time and energy into. We can always evaluate someone’s internal wealth consciousness and their internal value system based on what they focus on and devote their time and energy toward.
It’s important to evaluate your internal value and wealth consciousness and decide to expand it in areas that will serve you and what you wish to attract. If you want love in your life and currently do not have it, then you must work on your internal value of love and your wealth consciousness of love. The same is true for everything and anything else.
It is this value within each of us that flows and gets exchanged all the time. Let’s use this article for example. I am giving knowledge and understanding, which is the value that I am bringing to the table. Webmaster’s will use the value I have in order to provide the value of useful knowledge to their list and their newsletter subscribers.
In exchange for that knowledge, you have given the value of your name and email address and the right for those webmasters to contact you. In return, I wish to get the value myself of people who will visit my website and learn more from me.
When you purchase a book online, you are looking for the value of useful and valuable information that will help you expand on your understanding and your ability to get the results that you want in your life. In return, you are willing to give up the value of money in order to get that value for yourself.
We are always exchanging certain internal value and wealth consciousness in return for things that we perceive as being more valuable. You will never give your money up for a book you don’t believe will give you more value in return than you are giving out. We can see this all the time when someone will drive extra miles to buy something at a store they can get just down the road only to save a few dollars.
We must always start with our internal wealth consciousness in any area we wish to expand on. If money is something you wish to have more of, you must do the work and take the time to learn, grow, and expand on your financial wealth consciousness.
If you wish for love, then you must invest in that wealth consciousness. Work on your internal value and wealth consciousness in the area of those things you want to attract, and you will attract them without fail.
Our internal value system dictates at what level we vibrate at. If we wish to attract something, we must learn to vibrate at the same level as that thing. Be it money, love, or a car, we must learn to vibrate properly, and our vibration is created by our internal values.
